update: so i officially fit into all the “regular” stores clothes… :P

saturday i went shopping with my mom and got clothes from gilly hicks, hollister & victoria’s secret and they all fit :D yeee! i’m so proud of myself! at this point i don’t really consider myself “fat”, i just have a problem area and it’s my stomach/thighs, but i’m working on toning/slimming them down! i hope all is well with you ladies, i’ll still be posting on this tumblr, just not as frequently because of school and what not <3 not too sure of how much i weigh, i’m assuming somewhere in the 180s.. it’s shark week but i’m still working out… as for my workouts, since it’s nice out i’m switching between running outdoors and working out at the gym! i’ve also been doing major ab work, tip: reverse crunches do wonders for getting rid of the “lower pouch” and slimming your stomach down in general!

i’ve been battling with these same 8 pounds since january :/

our scale is currently broken which is kind of a relief and kind of not at the same time. i don’t think i’m going to get a new one until summer…

i’m putting my scale away until at least april today.

i’m carrying lots of shark week bloat weight but i may weigh myself one last time for the heck of it. but after that i’m done until april/may because i keep seeing changes in my body but the numbers are barely moving. i believe that the numbers are seriously setting me back, so i won’t be weighing myself until i see BIG changes (i.e. stomach is almost flat, etc) :)

weigh in/day eleven of the 30 day shred.

weight in - last week i was 196.8 , +4 pounds from 192.8 because i fell off the fitness bandwagon after my night out with my friends :/ this week i weighed in at 193.6, so that’s 3.2 pounds lost. i’m so tired of battling with these 190’s! i made a vow to myself that i’m going to stop getting on and off the bandwagon, i’m on it now FOR GOOD!

day eleven of the 30 day shred has been completed, i almost quit early on but then i reminded myself that this is what i need! i need to be healthier and thinner and more fit, so i can’t half ass anything - especially not a 20 minute workout! i finished better than i have on most days :)

weigh in…

192.8, last week  was 193.8 so that’s one whole pound lost :)

this week i’ll be doing the 30 day shred everyday, (today is my 4th day) and next week let’s shoot for the 180’s!

the only thing i’m worried about is this weekend, i’m going to be partying with my friends and we may go to a hookah bar… hopefully i don’t go overload with the food/drinks/smoking…. i need this though, i’ll just make sure to do it in moderation.

early weigh in.

came on my period yesterday so i know i’m gonna be really bloated next week and my weight will be inaccurate. also, today i found out i’m actually 5’9”, not 5’8”. apparently it’s 5’8” and three quarters or something so basically 5’9”.

anyway, my weight today was 200, so that’s 4 pounds down from sunday :)

not much to say besides i can’t waitttt to be in the 190’s! i know that i will be the week after next when i can go back to sunday weigh ins.

today’s weigh in.

204.0 :) last week I was 205.8 so that’s almost 2 pounds lost. i really wanted 203 but 204 is cool too, considering how the first half of my week was terrible in terms of working out and eating. (and yesterday i had half a burger and 3/4 of cheese fries AND half a pink lemonade :/) next week i’m aiming for 201.

i won’t be able to workout until tonight, because today is my friend courtney’s surprise party and i’m leaving around 2. it’s at a banquet hall and i’m kind of nervous about the food there, so i’m going to eat light for breakfast, lunch, and have a snack in my purse because the party doesn’t start until 4.

when i get home i’ll do an hour of cardio, maybe try some yoga?, and my regular 200 crunches.
